it seems I can’t order my tickets. what should i do?
If you’re trying to order online tickets but you are receiving an error, don’t hesitate to contact the cultural house where you are trying to buy tickets. They will help you as soon as possible. Take a look at our ticketing page for more contact information.
the concert is sold out. can i still buy tickets?
Unfortunately, you were too late to secure a ticket. For safety reasons, no additional visitors are allowed then the maximum capacity allows. For some concerts we provide a waiting list. It is possible that a few tickets will be available again shortly before the concert. Do you want to make sure you can attend the concert? Order your tickets on time!
i lost my ticket. what should i do?
We recommend you to contact your point of sale as soon as possible. They can check your order and provide you with a new ticket. Mention the name and email address of the person who placed the order. Take a look at our ticket page for more contact information.
the concert is cancelled. will i receive a refund?
Unfortunately, it can happen that a concert cannot take place. If the concert is cancelled, you will receive a voucher or a refund. The point of sale will contact all ticket holders as soon as possible. You can find more information about our measurements against the COVID-19 situation here.

what is the general policy?
Be on time! As soon as the performance starts, it is no longer possible to enter the concert hall. If there is an interval, you can enter the hall later on.
i do not want to be photographed.
When purchasing tickets, you give the organisations permission to photograph you. Do you prefer not to be photographed? Contact us via info@klarafestival.be.
may i make my own images of the performance?
It is forbidden to take photographs and video footage of the performance in any concert hall. Our in-house photographer will make enough live footages that you can admire afterwards on our social media channels and our website.
100% enjoyment of the concert. you can do this without a mobile phone.
Our artists will do everything they can to make you enjoy your concert to the fullest. Mobile phone sounds are an unwelcome distraction. That’s why we ask you to turn off your phone before the performance starts. We all want to enjoy the concert together in peace and quiet.
is a programme booklet available?
For ecological and epidemiological reasons, we have opted to not offer a paper programma booklet anymore. A digital version is available via our website (concert page). We advise you to download the booklet in advance. You can also scan the QR code on location to download the programme booklet.
how to get there
All concerts take place at a location that is accessible with public transportation. In addition, there is enough parking space in the spacious surroundings. More practical information can be found under ‘practical’ on our website.
